Gregory Harrison joins Fred Grandy, Ted Lange, and Jill Whelan and clears up that he never actually appeared on The Love Boat (though his wife did) sharing how he’d visit the set from Trapper John, M.D. and the famous pool-scene days. He recounts a formative teenage encounter with Doris Day while her film The Glass Bottom Boat shot on his father’s boat on Catalina Island, inspiring him to pursue acting, followed by Vietnam service, GI Bill training with Estelle Harman, and his time on Trapper John.
